You will lead on the operation of the ICT Service Desk, providing a central point of contact for all users and the delivery of technical support, advice, ICT Procurement and good customer service.
Duties will include first line technical support for all ICT desktop technology, telephony and printing solutions, ICT budget monitoring and performance statistics.
You must have a BTEC (or equivalent) qualification in a related field and have good business, customer engagement and technical experience gained within a service desk or technical support environment.
You must also have effective communication skills, the ability to problem solve and knowledge of standard ICT desktop computing, mobile devices and Office productivity tools.
