Assistant Manager Jobs Vacancy at Big Yellow Self Storage Company Ltd Swindon Jobs Details:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of running your store in order to grow and develop your business. You’ll be specifically involved with; driving sales and achieving KPI’s, providing the highest standards of customer service, taking a business approach to maximise profitability, proposing ideas for local marketing, dealing with administration and ensuring all standards are maintained.
Having gained experience at a similar level in the retail or sales sectors, you’ll be enthusiastic, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You’ll also be computer literate and possess excellent selling and communication skills. Ideally, you’ll be located within 30 minutes travelling time of the store and hold a full driving licence.
Our stores are open 7 days a week and our full time staff work a 40 hour week to cover the following hours on a rota basis:
Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Sunday: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
