About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant. We would really love you to apply if you naturally take the initiative, are proactive, build relationships that enable you to get things done and are trustworthy, tactful and diplomatic.
As a Personal Assistant you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to CQCs Chief Digital Officer and Director of Digital Operations at a critical time in the transformation of the teams they lead.
You will respond to and manage stakeholder contact autonomously and effectively, escalating contact where necessary and appropriate, for example risk and issue management. The Personal Assistant will also provide diary and mailbox management support and support to a progressive leadership team.
The role will require the successful applicant to work within a confidential environment displaying integrity and discretion at all times.
In this role, it will be important that you are inspired by the CQC values - excellence, caring, integrity and teamwork - and able demonstrate how you have applied these in your previous roles.
You will be educated to A level or equivalent qualification level, or be able to demonstrate the appropriate operational experience. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will give you the ability to tailor your communication style and present complex information in a way that is understandable to a diverse audience. Youll have strong organisational and time management skills and be confident working independently to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines. Youll be experienced in stakeholder management and able to work collaboratively with peers to meet the needs of the senior management team. Excellent IT skills particularly in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential along with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
