You will be part of a new business opportunity within Philips as part of the global Informatics team responsible for overall customer communications and strategic messaging of global solutions. This critical role will provide you the opportunity to leverage your diverse marketing background and knowledge to successfully deliver our informatics solution and vision to external customers. As a part of this organization, you will have a unique opportunity to broadly leverage your marketing knowledge to successfully promote solutions for Philips to C-Suite executives.

You are responsible for
The global Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in informatics and will include
Support the KLAS relationship for HI including engagement of business units for goals and achievement of KLAS KPI. (including value proposition, business model, channels and go to market).
Support Communications aspects of Business Group strategy to analysts, influencers and 3rd party marketing programs including collaborative go to market programs with partners
Train and educate sales on support projects and new services offerings.
Create account based customer support communication plans to improve customer satisfaction
Manage the voice of the customer activities with NPS surveys and drive reference programs
Design communications and programs for customers engagement and promotions

This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing Healthcare Informatics Group, and works directly with other marketing functions to ensure our internal and external audiences are aware of our investments in customer support, enhance customer communications and introduce services to our existing customers. The Global Marketing Manager owns the communications, content and strategic voice of the customer activities for healthcare informatics.
What is our Informatics Solution?
The Healthcare Informatics solutions integrates information from EMR as well as other informatics systems and across different clinical domains (such as radiology, pathology and genomics), enabling a comprehensive end to end offering. It will include integrated patient dashboards, clinical decision support tools, analytics capabilities as well as patient engagement functionality to facilitate:
Adherence to guidelines
Standardization of care
Improve patient outcome
Increased patient satisfaction
Improved administrative overview of quality and efficiency measures
Why is the Informatics Solution important?
Providers of care face challenges stemming from the vast array of possible care pathways which must be optimized per patient, the multitude of new treatments becoming available each year, the rising costs of care, the needs to communicate with a multi-disciplinary care team, the fact that patient data is often distributed across several care settings and stored in “information silos”, and the reality of many payers with different and often inconsistent reimbursement policies.
It is becoming increasingly difficult for clinicians to keep abreast of innovation and the vast amounts of information in order to reach treatment decisions that are best suited for each individual patient. For patients, these challenges translate to difficulties in understanding their specific condition and possible treatment alternatives, which often entail life-altering choices.
The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for Communications for our Services and Support business group communication and marketing. This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing Healthcare Informatics Group, and works directly with other marketing functions to ensure our internal and external audiences are aware of our investments in customer support, enhance customer communications and introduce services to our existing customers. The Global Marketing Manager owns the communications, content and strategic voice of the customer activities for healthcare informatics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
We are looking for someone who is :
Experienced and skilled at end-to-end marketing process of medical technology globally
Experience in the healthcare industry
Results-driven with a quality-oriented focus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Exceptional customer-facing skills
Organized and self-directed individual
Boldness to create/shape markets whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions and brand
Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively
Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in marketing, product management or related field
Experience in healthcare IT solutions businesses, preferably in software marketing and sales.
