We are looking for a Sales Manager who has proven background, within hotels, creating and establishing relationships with a real drive to achieve targets. The successful Sales Manager will have the skills to drive the growth of the hotel and develop new business streams , especially in relation to the new food and beverage spaces that we have created.
The future member of our team will:
Be a natural communicator, able to build relationships in a friendly and professional manner
Regularly visit existing clients, nurturing our relationships and growing potential through a full account management process
Generate and convert opportunities for attracting new business through regular appointments, hosting FAM trips and representing the Company at industry networking events
Actively sell the hotel’s products and facilities and display a thorough knowledge of the services and promotions offeredUnderstand the local market and continually seek and explore new opportunities which arise in the area
Be available for relevant networking and promotional events outside normal office hours as and when rquired
Be available to travel to promote the hotel and company as a whole
Continually seek to meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Have a strong financial understanding of the hotel operation and the impact the role has on the hotels profitability
Be a strong communicator who can establish strong working relationshi
