CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Front of House Security Officer to work at one of our clients premises in the Mile End area.
About the role:
Position: Front of House Security Officer
Location: Multiple London Sites
Pay Rate: £9.75 per hour
Hours: Average of 42 hours
Shifts: Two Week Rota, Week 1; Wednesday 1400-0000hrs
Week 2; Monday 1400-0000hrs
Please be aware that this is additional cover, although the majority of shifts will be as above, shifts may change due to operational demands therefore flexibility is a must.
Front of House Security Experience
Must be flexible and be able to work days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
To provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
The role requires you to manage reception duties, access control, key holding, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures and liaising with various stakeholders on site.
Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
To have experience working on a front of house position dealing with customers/clients in a professional manner.
