AIM Ltd (part of SIG plc) currently have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant based in Crawley. We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and able to communicate well with others.
What does the role involve?
If you are interested in this role you will be required to fulfil general administrative activities and support the sales department in the back office. As part of the administration team, you will be required to have good organisational skills and show accuracy in your work whilst data inputting to the system and maintaining the records and filing systems.
This is an important role for this busy office and the successful candidate will be required to work as a collaborative member of team! To apply, candidates should be able to work to deadlines, be professional and have strong communication skills. We are also looking for a good level of IT understanding and previous experience of using Microsoft packages.
