£42,993 per annum pro rata for 21 hours per week base - Countywide.

About the Role The Practice, Quality and Learning Service supports continuous improvement as a learning organisation to positively impact upon practice standards and deliver improved outcomes for vulnerable children and families. There are 3 key functions of the service; recruitment, practice improvement and development and quality assurance.
Practice Quality Leads work collaboratively to deliver a range of activities across these functions. These include continuous development of the Academy initiative, liaison and partnership with Universities and other key organisations, understanding workforce needs to ensure practitioners from ASYE to managers are skilled and supported, delivering a programme of training, workshops, observations, Communities of Practice, tailored support and professional expertise. Evaluating practice through audit and quality assurance, evidencing outcomes and working with managers across Children’s to develop plans and actions that drive practice improvement.
Practice Quality Leads provide professional support and expertise to facilitate learning for practitioners to help promote and sustain a learning culture. Maintain a learning loop that captures key outcomes from quality assurance and other activities and drives practice and service improvement.
