New Business Development Manager / Account Manager
My client is a globally active recruitment consultancy that was established in the late 1980's. It connects specialist talent with leading employers across multiple industries and disciplines.
The Group employs more than 800 people across the globe and their core business recruit's professionals in the following specialist disciplines: Tax, Projects and Change, IT PMO, IT Data & Applications, IT Development, Core Finance, Senior Finance, Specialist Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR, Sales & Marketing and Office Support (and Engineering in Ireland).
They also cover global executive search and office support through two sister brands.
In addition to permanent, contract and interim staffing, they offer customised Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing.
This position will involve no candidate work, it is a pure external client and internal sales role.
It will involve you developing an account management structure within my clients Technology Division, growing the existing accounts, they have by increasing visibility and presence on their client sites and you will ideally be able to sell or pitch retained recruitment services, managed hiring campaigns and statement of work / SOW.
They have a 130 Recruitment Consultants and leaders in their London office, so this role will also involve you working with the internal stake holders to cross sell services. They have excellent MI reporting at their disposal that will give you full visibility of which of their recruitment clients they are working with outside of IT so you can identify additional new business targets.
They have budgeted a salary between £35k - £55k depending on experience + Uncapped Bonuses and excellent benefits.
