An opportunity has arisen to join our Diabetes team as the DAFNE Education Co-ordinator.
We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative skills, who is enthusiastic, well organised and reliable and who is able to work independently within this busy service.
Good communication skills are essential within this role as it will involve liaising with patients and other members of the Diabetes Multi-Disciplinary Team.
You will provide a service for the team for all 4 sites but will be primarily based at the Diabetes Centre at The Royal Oldham Hospital.
