We now have a great opportunity for you to join the team as an Assistant Apartment Manager across 2 properties - SACO Holborn and Tavistock, where you will support the Apartment Manager with the overall operation of our SACO apartments. This includes people management and delivering memorable service to achieve targeted occupancy levels, revenue, length of stay and overall business targets.
As the “go to” person for guests, contractors and visitors you will meet and greet people, managing queries and handling the day to day operation, acting as Duty Manager when required.
If you have previous experience in a customer focussed role, specifically hospitality or retail, coupled with supervisory experience then we would love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for a hands on leader, someone who is not afraid to get stuck in and help, who has a high attention to detail and is a team player.
