The company Established in 1924 in Barnstaple, North Devon. Our Client is one of the leading independent Estate Agents in the UK with 16 residential offices covering North Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. What is the purpose of the role? The successful candidate will be looking after the sales process once the negotiation has been agreed.
You will be liaising with Vendors, solicitors, financial Advisors and other Estate Agents on a regular basis, making sure the sale progresses smoothly and managing all customers expectations through to completion. What will you do? • Progress the Sale through to completion by gaining and providing updates to the Vendors and Purchasers involved • To make sure that Software is updated, especially after each Customer interaction • Provide excellent customer service. What skills and experience will you have?
- To show a degree of assertiveness in an empathetic manner • Experience in the estate agency industry would be preferable • To be able to keep to deadlines and cope easily under pressure What will you get in return? • 21 days Holiday + bank Holidays after 3 years an extra birthday day • Pension • Salary £8.45 hour + Bonuses Working Hours will be Monday - Friday 8.45 – 17.30
