We are actively recruiting for a Clinical Assistant to work at our InHealth Diagnostic Centres across London! This is for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
What does being a Clinical Assistant at InHealth involve?
As our Clinical Assistant you will be providing a broad range of administrative functions, utilising relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high quality Imaging Service. You will ensure the smooth running of the working day by receiving and preparing the patients for their procedure, and completing administrative tasks within the various clinics. Providing clinical and clerical support to the practitioners, using a patient management system to enable effective and efficient patient care to be delivered and maintaining a safe clinical environment in line with the Company’s Health and Safety and Infection Control.
What skills and experience will you need to apply?
- Proven experience working in a Customer Service environment
- Ideally have worked in a patient care environment but not essential
- Good Administration skills
- Professional manner, courteous
- Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill unexpected clinical requirements
- To be without clinical risk in respect of the equipment being used (e.g. no metallic implants, pacemaker, etc.)
