We are recruiting for a role within our Essex Supported Employment Services. This service is funded by Essex County Council and supports adults with disabilities into employment across Essex. To us, your attitude and personality matter as much as what’s on your CV as we are looking for initiative, creativity, energy and determination.
1 x Employment Advisor (Part Time – 22.5 hours per week) – £22,950 FTE (pro rata for 22.5 hours per week - rising to £24,300 FTE upon successful completion of 6 month probation period (pro rata for 22.5 hours per week). This role would be based in the Basildon office supporting customers in the surrounding area and in South Essex.
We are recruiting for an Employment Advisor in the Basildon area. Your job will be to support customers with disabilities to develop their potential, achieve their ambitions and find the right job for them by the provision of individually tailored employment support. This position requires countywide travel and therefor access to a vehicle is essential and the ability to work flexible hours as required.
