We are currently looking to recruit for a Part Time Back Office Processing Agent to join our Customer Management Processing Team based in Dearne Valley, Rotherham. Reporting into the Back Office Team Leader you will be required to participate as a member of a highly motivated and focused team in Back Office Processing, supporting a small pick and pack team in delivering brochure fulfilment and associated tasks to ensure full internal and external customer satisfaction

The work can be quite repetitive and may require some lifting but manual handling training will be provided. Working in a small team who deal with peaks in volumes during campaigns for clients like National Trust and Volkswagen Group so the successful candidates must be able to work well under pressure and be happy to multi skill performing multiple tasks per day.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm

What you will do:
Achieve performance and quality standards in line with overall departmental objectives
Contribute to own personal development by use of one to one sessions and objectives
Adhere to all ISO27001 security elements and raise awareness in the team
Update and maintain all relevant MI as required by your client, including stock reports, fulfilment matrix, file specifications, client reports and arrange cover when necessary
Aid and assist the departmental trainer, completing coaching note and procedural updates within realistic time frames, write up any new procedures and test
Multi skill in other areas of Back Office Processing when there’s peaks or shortfalls due to absence
Support with any adhoc projects
Ensure that postage costs are correct and reconcile with fulfilment records provided by Royal Mail annual spend of approx. £1m
Implement and manage the change control process. This may include designing the change to take place, testing the design and sign off (on an ad hoc basis) of supplier and client changes
Responsible for basic technical changes as required by clients to letters and statements using in house document composition software
Communicating on a day to day basis with clients and suppliers to ensure that all mailing requirements are met
Support the pick and pack team on a day to day basis ensure full end to end service delivery
Management of stock control with annual expenditure of approx. £1m

Your experience will include:
Previous experience of an admin type role
Organised and able to prioritise own work load
Typing skills and good literacy essential
Must be 100% quality focused due to the nature of work i.e. working with sensitive data
Is able to work on their own initiative and drive their own performance and skills
Should be flexible
Confident liaising with clients and suppliers and various internal departments
Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook to a good level essential
Understanding of stock control and version control desirable
Able to confidently present information to clients using power point essential
Lifting and unloading of stock can apply to this role so manual handling will be required
Able to keep motivated as a lot of the tasks are of a repetitive nature
Able to work on your own initiative and drive your own performance and skills.
