Hawthorn Intermediate Care Unit(CNWL) is seeking a highly effective and efficient administrator to work with our Reception team, providing a service to patients and visitors, Â helping to support the work of clinicians in the hospital and community.
The position is a full time post and due to the Unit operating a 7 day week/ 24 hour service the working days can be split between the week days & weekends if preferred.
Your role will involve providing a high quality clerical and reception service to various patients and visitors, alongside medical, nursing and other professional staff within designated Health Centres/Community.
This will involve meeting and greeting patients, visitors and staff, handling telephone enquiries, recording data, archiving of notes, and a range of other administrative duties to support the Unit.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and various medical professionals and other CNWL visitors.
The role encompasses both reception and admin duties.
Need to be friendly, polite and a willingness to help.
You should enjoy being part of a team but equally able to work on your own initiative.
