Due to our continued success in winning significant clients, we need to grow our marketing team and are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will help us deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be part of a highly motivated and creative team for one of the UK’s leading residential property companies.
This is an exciting role that could take you places but you need to be willing to go the extra mile. You definitely need to know how to multi-task! Key to the role is proven marketing experience along with good written communication and digital analytical skills. Knowledge of running campaigns on Google AdWords and social media will give you a distinct advantage!
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team in all marketing campaigns and related activities
Managing the content of a number of different property portals promoting large scale rental developments and analysis of the information produced
Creating and proofing communications to be sent using the Rent Café (Yardi) system
- Posting daily messages on social media on behalf of a range of clients across a number of platforms
Writing and uploading content and images onto company website and those of our clients, using WordPress or similar CMS
Liaising with external agencies and providers
Booking photography shoots and some involvement in interiors work for creation of show apartments
Gathering information and compiling reports
Involvement in producing pitch documents
Organising market research for the team
Assisting in maximising the number of enquiries a campaign will generate – enhancing and uploading floor plans and other marketing collateral across a range of portals
