ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global Strategy & Impact Programme is looking for an intern to support the team with key projects, including its series of learning events on human rights trends and innovation.
As an intern for the Global Strategy & Impact Programme, you will support a team that leads on important movement-wide processes to ensure strategic priorities are delivered. You will support the development of a new overarching global strategy for the movement, support and plan events relating to human rights education and perform various administrative, planning, monitoring and evaluation tasks.
The role will also involve undertaking general tasks to support the team, such as bespoke research, administrative work and event / meeting planning.
The Global Strategy and Impact Programme will ensure that this is a valuable development opportunity for the successful applicant. You will receive one-on-one support and guidance from team members and your supervisor, and have opportunities to immerse yourself in an NGO environment.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a committed team member
- You are highly organized and good attention to detail
- You have experience working with and supporting multiple stakeholders
- You have experience summarising and presenting information, both written and visually
