Salary: £17,000 -£17,500 depending on experience

About the Role:
We have a full-time vacancy within in our Birmingham call centre for an experienced claims handler.
Within the Customer Service Centre you will be a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing our client’s customer’s insurance claims and will be the sole point of contact for each customer throughout the life cycle of their claim.
As well as supporting clients and customers you will also be liaising with our specialised engineers and field managers to ensure the life cycle of the claim is meeting the needs of the customer and our clients Service Level Agreements.
You will be managing each case from start to finish through clear and concise communication ensuring everything you do is what matters to the customer.
We are looking for experienced call centre staff who are customer focused, you will be professional, possess good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, can work multiple caseloads have a good level of verbal and numerical ability.
