Transport Driver Jobs Vacancy at Nhs Blood And Transplant Nhsbt London Jobs Details:
As a vital member of our team operating a 24/7 service you will be providing a safe and professional service, collecting and delivering blood products, equipment and staff to hospitals, blood centres and blood collection sites throughout the country. This could include emergency ‘blue light’ deliveries.
We’re looking for an experienced commercial driver holding a full UK driving licence which must include C1 or C category, permitting you to drive vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes. Category D1 and D is also preferred. It is also essential that you hold a Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card.
You should also be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have experience of dealing professionally with members of the public. You will be required to work evenings, weekends, nights and bank holidays on a 24/7 roster. A uniform will be provided and you will be given an induction, training and development opportunities.

This is vacancy is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
