Based at Studdert Kennedy House, Worcester an experienced Receptionist/Administration is required to provide reception support to the team and members of the South Community Assessment Recovery Service. Whilst the post will be based at Studdert Kennedy House in Worcester you will be required to work flexibly across all bases within CARS South to include Evesham, Droitwich and Malvern without exception. You should be educated to academic Level 2 - NVQ2, OCR/RSA2, City and Guilds 2, with GCSE (A-C) or equivalent in English Language, database experience, and be used to working with Microsoft Office. Alternatively you should already have considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 2 qualification on appointment to post.
An ability to work flexibly, on your own initiative, and to be a pro-active team member is essential. You must also have very good organisational skills and be an effective communicator.
Travel/cover between bases will be necessary.
Working 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working pattern will be discussed at interview. This is a fixed term cintract for 12 months.

The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
