IMH Group is a network of over 45 primary care sites across the UK, including GP Practices, Walk-In Centres, and Urgent Care Centres. Our practices provide traditional GP and nurse-led services for both registered and non-registered patients. Due to maternity leave, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the West End Surgery, Beeston as a part time Receptionist/Administrator for a period of 6 months (possibly longer) . The successful candidate will also be expected to support our other sites at Nuthall and Bilborough when required, so flexibility to cover any of these locations is required.
This role requires successful candidates to work alongside and support the current administration and reception teams with carrying out appropriate administrative interventions required to deliver comprehensive patient care. Duties will include: Reception cover, scanning documents, registering patients, managing QOF Alerts, patient deductions, GP2GP tasks, filing of medical notes, use of SystemOne, e-referrals and inputting read codes. The role details are:
- Annual salary of £7312.50
- NHS Pension
- 18.75 hours per week – on a shift rota basis
- Up to 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata)
- Role available from 11/12/2017
- Access to online training via Skills4Health
- There are 4 GP consulting rooms, a treatment room and a HCA room.
- We offer enhanced services such as community phlebotomy clinics, community midwife clinics, community diabetic nurse clinics and joint injection services
- The Practice clinical team consists of 3 GP’s, a Practice Nurse, a HCA and a Community Pharmacist
- SystmOne clinical computer system
You’ll be a motivated team-player with a passion for healthcare. You will also ideally have previous experience in a similar capacity (primary care experience preferred), be computer literate and be keen to support improving services to patients. You will also have great customer services skills and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
