As part of the Membership & Volunteering Directorate, the Membership Training Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Membership Training Officers in the delivery of an effective training and development strategy across the Membership volunteer population, both nationally and internationally. The training programmes are designed to continuously enhance the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the Membership in order to effectively support them to fulfil their volunteer role to the required standard, in line with The Royal Charter and the Legions Values, Aims and Objectives.
With excellent organisational and administrative skills, you are able you to juggle priorities, work to deadlines, to ensure the Membership training programme is delivered to the highest standards. As well as a customer focus, you will have a pro active attitude and enjoy working independently, but within a supportive team. In addition, you will have good understanding of, and experience with working with a number of databases, and the ability to learn quickly.
