The Senior Program Manager will take overall accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing a portfolio of global RPA projects of high importance and complexity, delivered in tandem with IT and the business. This portfolio is in line with strategic requirements from AGCS board. The Program Manager needs to apply Project Management methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of RPA projects and is responsible for managing the internal project teams as well as the suppliers. ##Drive the delivery of large, high risk RPA projects.
##Maintain an up to date working knowledge of the program and its capability, including acting as a focal point for the facilitation of reference and project information/knowledge.
##Control ACIS and TCS teams to ensure initiatives are supporting work-streams and projects are meeting their deliverables, escalating appropriately in the situation that progress is delayed.
##Ensure engagement with stakeholders throughout the project, keeping them informed of progress and issues throughout the project.
##Regular updates to SSU management and Allianz H4.
##Ensure continued cooperation from stakeholders towards successful completion of the project.
##Initiate and drive marketing and communication campaign to inform the business of RA capabilities and explore new business opportunities.
##Direct and lead initiatives that will support the delivery of this project and ensure adherence to Portfolio Governance and control.
##Support the governance of small RPA projects using project management methodologies and assess the risks and issues that may threaten the successful delivery of the program, ensuring each project is delivered according to the project definition.
##Deploy project governance standards and drive the quality assurance process for project gate review, managing the sign-off and successful closure of projects.
##Drive the management and analysis of issues and for the preparation of project data (reports, dashboards, presentations, etc.) related to resource utilization, project-spend, analysis of data and presentation of required actions/decisions.
##Align with suppliers, both internal and external (ACIS, TCS), test/release management, environment, Enterprise Architecture team, SMO and Allianz Technology.
##Identify, analyze and interpret relevant global and local activity data in order to define, challenge and secure best practice underpins the project. In addition using the information to set standards and use for decisions making for specific projects.
##Build, manage and motivate the project team, which includes virtual teams across multiple projects and countries, including suppliers (TCS, ACIS). Governance and control of the suppliers is key to ensure successful project delivery.
##Close communication with the Transition team and the other members of the RPA group, ensuring that requirements are documented and distributed to all stakeholders. ##Project/program management experience in a global organization;
##Experience in/exposure to Automation topics;
##Experience in the insurance industry;
##Ability to breakdown complex subjects into manageable pieces;
##Ability to determine status quo, business requirements, targets and course of action;
##Individual task management skills, as well as the ability to manage large complex projects;
##Change Management experience, including stakeholder management, change curve, and change communication;
##Inquiry skills, constructive feedback and conflict resolution skills;
##Cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration experience;
##Experience managing stakeholder relationships;
##Excellent communication and presentation skills;
##Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story;
##Analytical and problem solving skills;
##Degree in IT, Engineering or similar; and
##Professional Training Qualification preferred.
