You will work within the MHMs new and innovative Talking Matters IAPT provision providing Step 2 and Step 3 Telephone and Online support to our services across the country. As part of a highly skilled team you will be at the forefront of our new approach to delivering timely appropriate Step 2 and Step 3 interventions.
We are seeking individuals who are Qualified High Intensity Therapists, with previous Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner experience and have worked in the field of mental health for a number of years, you must be able to demonstrate the required academic levels for the post. You must be able to demonstrate high levels of written and verbal communication; be computer literate and be able to demonstrate good therapeutic relationships with people.
You will have experience of working in primary care and community settings and be able to work on your own initiative. You should have a real interest in helping people with anxiety and depression to achieve a level of recovery which will improve their overall wellbeing and day to day life.
It is essential that you are eligible to apply for BABCP Accreditation and are willing to do so within the first six months of employment.
