As Agile & Scrum Trainer, you will be ideally be based around the Manchester Area and be qualified to deliver our Agile and Scrum curriculum. With excellent working knowledge of Agile and Scrum in an IT and/or business environments you will have a passion, hunger and thirst to deliver quality training to the market. The successful candidate will also have strong software development skills . Ideally, they would involve the Microsoft toolset including C#, .NET and Visual Studio. As an Agile and Scrum Trainer, you will also be responsible for the development and management of courseware. You will have proven customer facing, interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate for this role will need to be an expert in Agile and Scrum software development with the skills and aptitude to continue to develop these skills as part of a continuous and development lifecycle.
The candidate will also have strong software development skills. Ideally, they would involve the Microsoft toolset including C#, .NET and Visual Studio.
Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others
Team player who can also adapt to working solo for long periods
