We are looking for Band 3 health care assistants with enthusiasm, energy and a passion for delivering the best nursing care possible. Community nursing care in Newham is provided in multidisciplinary Integrated Primary Care teams, giving an opportunity to work with community nursing team in providing the best care to housebound patients.
It is our aim to recruit the best HCAs so that we can continue to develop and provide the best patient care. Candidates should demonstrate some experience providing care either on a professional or informal basis. Community experience is not essential but applicants will need to demonstrate that they understand the issues involved in working in peoples own homes.
This position will require you to visit various locations throughout Newham . We run a seven day shift service and staff are expected to work 5 out of 7 days a week.
