Position: Warehouse Operative
Grade/Salary: RCS O / £16,500
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)

For the role of Warehouse Operative, y ou will be responsible for ensuring that you pick and pack equipment for our clients and their events. They will not be your standard warehouse items - you could be picking anything, from a flag and marquee to a PlayStation or Rally Car and this equipment needs to be checked before and after an event for its working order and damage. The successful candidate will be expected to police all equipment, making sure we know where everything is and its condition at all times by using the correct reporting lines to feedback all information. You will be required to deal with e-mail traffic with actions from the Account team on a daily basis whilst keeping detailed stock lists of equipment and any audit requirements for the warehouse with the support of the Warehouse Manager. You will also responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself and your colleagues by adhering to safe working practices at all times and ensuring a high level of communication between colleagues and management is maintained.

to reporting damage, equipment condition, and use of equipment for transport
- Operating of Mechanical
Handling Equipment (where qualified and required)
- Full UK Diving
- MHE Licences
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to read,
understand and follow directions/instructions
- Ability to count
accurately and to perform simple math calculations
- Have appropriate
hand, eye and foot co-ordination to effectively use mechanical handling
- Ability to move
product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching
and/or lifting, in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Knowledge of Health
& Safety requirements
- Computer literate
- Ability and
Flexibility to work shifts
