House Recruiter Senior Internal Jobs Vacancy at Internal Resourcing London Jobs Details:

We are looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to join the internal Resource Solutions team recruiting directly for the business across the UK and EMEA. Candidates must come from a recruitment background, have worked with volume and be comfortable with stakeholder management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make that transition into an RPO environment from agency or someone who wants to make a move in house.

Function:
To ensure the smooth running of the recruitment processes (for EMEA)
Proactively talentpool for BAU recruitment
Assist with recruitment for new client wins
Drive down agency spend and increase direct recruitment
Provide an excellent service to internal clients
To conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates prior to, during and after engagement/employment
Help facilitate internal mobility
Work on projects to raise the profile of Internal Resourcing and Resource Solutions as a business

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process and work closely with the team in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times. Responsibilities will include the following:
Directly sourcing high calibre candidates for Resource Solutions, across the UK and EMEA
Recruiting for roles from Team Support through to Team Leader/ Manager level on all banking and commerce Resource Solutions accounts (temporary and permanent)
Providing support for the full recruitment life cycle by working closely with the Recruiters to understand the client groups and specific recruitment requirements
Advertising of all open roles either internally and externally
Qualify and interview prospective candidates via telephone or face to face where appropriate
Qualifying referral candidates
Review of all new candidates and presenting to the team
Maintain a pipeline of RS quality candidates
Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner, providing quality candidates for consideration
Providing thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managers
Populate, develop and maintain RS candidate database
Coordinate all Line Manager interviews
Assist in new projects regarding the Resource Solutions 'brand awareness'
Working closely with HR, Systems, and the Central Management Team in regards to all onboarding of candidates
Produce and add to the Resource Solutions' Internal Vacancies List
Produce the Contract Request Forms for authorisation
Managing itime and all requests relating to the system
Sending introduction emails for itime to Managers and Contractors
Acting as a point of contact for any temp workers in the business in relation to itime
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties. Please note, the requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.

Skills Required:
Service and delivery focused with a very professional attitude
Proven strong billings as a Recruiter either onsite, within RPO or within agency
Experience in recruiting temporary and permanent positions
Able to work autonomously, in an organised and methodical manner
Ability to work well as a team and under pressure
Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
Strong attention to detail and process orientated
Focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes
Prioritises effectively, and able to work to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and tasks
Discretion due to exposure to confidential information

Hours:
8:30 - 18:00 (flexibility required)
