Turning the vision into a reality – your mission is to create and maintain a best-in-class showroom experience at the new Knauf facility in the heart of Clerkenwell; positioning the Knauf brand as the go-to for the A&D community to facilitate on-going specification oppurtunities and long-term relationships.
Managing a small team, you will lead the venue experience at Clerkenwell.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Your key responsibilities are:
Work with the Head of Marketing and key stakeholders to develop and present an immersive and continually evolving high-end showroom experience
Accountable for driving Knauf Showroom performance
A true brand ambassador and the face of Knauf
The facility and visitor expert; developing a deep understanding of Knauf’s position amongst London’s A&D communities
Manage the day-to-day operational running of the Clerkenwell venue
Create campaigns and events to drive segmented footfall into the venue
Closely manage a budget to deliver and measure performance against set KPIs
Working with relevant Commercial colleagues, championing the ‘voice of the architect’ initiative
Manage all visitor touchpoints; feeding insights into the relevant systems and tools to deliver continuous improvement
Working with relevant Commercial colleagues, lead generation initiatives
Inspiring, coaching, developing, challenging and supporting the Showroom Teams
Working with relevant Marketing colleagues, create an on-going dialogue with selected architects; using digital and traditional Marketing techniques
Commercial Management Team responsibilities
Regular management reporting
Anything else commensurate to complete your role
Degree in either Marketing, or related discipline
Excellent creative flair with an eye for impact
An expert in developing brands
Extensive event management experience
Strong knowledge of the A&D market
Experience of high-end showroom management
Experience of managing marketing campaigns and projects
Budget management experience
Good construction industry knowledge
Experience of managing teams
Experience in developing company profiles and enjoys networking
Well-presented, with the ability to consistently lead by example
Widespread impact and influence
A self-starter with high standards
Analytical and results-focused
Commercial decision-making skills
Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
