The Role

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join one of the UK's foremost and fastest-growing PPC teams.

You will be working directly with a small portfolio of clients in a wide range of sectors spanning both business-to-business and business-to-consumer. These may span smaller owner-managed businesses, where you may have sole responsibility for a campaign, up to major multinationals where you will be working with a team of colleagues.

You will be able to evaluate their requirements and goals and to formulate the best approach for achieving these. You will design and implement campaigns from scratch, and may also be required to assess existing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Once up and running you will regularly evaluate performance, working to continually optimise performance on behalf of your clients. You will report back to clients and make recommendations based on your analysis.

We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of technical skills and will provide comprehensive in-house training over your first few months with us. Be warned that there is lot to cover, so the learning curve can be steep! Don't panic though - we work hard to foster a supportive and co-operative work environment and help is always available. Ongoing learning and skill sharing is a vital part of what we do and there are ample opportunities to both participate in - and contribute to - the numerous activities that take place in this regard.

The Individual

This is a fast paced role and you will need to be an enthusiastic and well organised self-starter. As far as possible we aim to leave people to organise their own time, so you must be able to plan and prioritise effectively but also recognise potential problems and seek help where needed.

Previous experience in our sector is not required but you must be articulate and confident in dealing directly with clients in a wide range of roles and organisations. Strong written English is essential, as you will be communicating extensively via email and preparing reports for clients.

A degree in maths is certainly not necessary but you must be comfortable with spreadsheets and basic numeracy, to be able to present information clearly and to reason your way through problems in an orderly and effective way.

A healthy intellectual curiosity and ambition is useful but above all you must be a great team player, able to co-operate well and support your colleagues.

As an individual committed to achieving high standards in everything you do, you must have an outstanding academic record including the following (or equivalents):

  • Minimum of 320 UCAS points (AAB at A-Level)
  • A predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above at a top university (in any subject)
Language skills are a huge plus! We are currently in need of German, Dutch and Arabic speakers especially.
