You will be providing individually tailored employment support and help manage complex barriers to employment, to the most hard to reach and isolated residents in the Borough.
This rewarding position will engage with the residents and develop partnerships with external stakeholders.
To be successful you will share our ambitions to support residents into employment, have an understanding of welfare benefits, be able to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners such as the Department for Work and Pensions.
