Procurement Finance Analyst
£Competitive salary plus excellent benefits (including up to 30% annual bonus)
Based our of Whitbread Court, Dunstable
This is an opportunity to partner with Procurement, Finance and our Everyday Efficiency programmes in both Costa, Premier Inn and our Restaurants. Using well-honed analytical ability, this role will require you to track, report, budget and analyse the Procurement savings generated and ensure alignment in all areas.
You will have the opportunity to develop your business partnering skills and support our Procurement Heads to ensure robustness of tracking, and challenge savings in order to understand the financial impacts of procurement activity across our diverse Group
What you will be doing:-
- Leading on key reporting requirements for procurement including the monthly savings reports and Transformation monthly reporting pack whilst managing the procurement dashboard and KPIs
- Coordinating with the procurement teams to track all activities and accurately capture saving initiatives
- Thinking innovatively in order to optimise reporting and ensure it is efficient, accurate and simple to understand
- Collaborate with category heads to deep-dive in to savings and provide relevant insight and challenge where needed
- help to drive our culture to ensure procurement id future facing and report on potential synergy opportunities across the wider Whitbread business
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process with the Procurement Director and senior team

You have a confident manner and are comfortable when building new working relationships or challenging others - whilst also keen to continue your own personal development
Innate commercial acumen will ensure you can spot opportunities and make robust incisive decisions on uncertain data
