Diamond Recruitment Group are keen to grow our already highly talented team of consultants, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work on Permanent Roles from our Portadown office in Northern Ireland.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do?
As a Recruitment Consultant at Diamond you should already have a sound understanding of best practice and ability to deliver a professional service to clients whom wish to hire staff. We are also willing to take on people whom are keen to learn quickly in a new job.
You will take over a hot desk with live clients & jobs, to ensure a highly professional service is provided to clients and candidates.
You will comply with all legal, industry and company standards relating to the recruitment of staff for clients.
Manage an effective desk to include;
Account Manage existing Key Accounts, Provide full 360 service and ensure all service delivery is met.
Track leads and generate new business.
Meet with clients to understand their business model, job requirements, company culture & environment.
Provide consultative advice on best practice and process to include speedy delivery of permanent staff, increase employers brand awareness in the local market, increase candidate attraction & retention, short-listing & selection and manage a large pool of passive candidates.
Provide out of hours support services as required to key accounts.
You will ensure an active live pool of candidate’s with specialist skills whom your clients are interested in meeting for permanent jobs.
What we are looking for;
You will ideally have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally covering the Mid -Ulster area.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and provide full 360 service.
Ability to provide a fully compliant & professional service to both job seekers & employers.
Educated to a min A-Level standard, with strong commercial awareness.
You will be IT proficient and have a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent communication skills are vital, including verbal, written and in all communication with anyone outside the business.
You will have strong people skills with ability to engage and influence people at all levels.
Must have a driving licence, access to own car and willing to visit clients for meetings, also willing and able to support out of hours cove
