Becoming a Service Desk Analyst with Local Government Software:
Are you looking to get into an IT role? Do you have excellent customer service skills and a real interest in IT? Then Capita in Bromley have an excellent opportunity for you to kick start your IT career as an IT Service Desk Officer with us.
The role is based in Bromley. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (start times vary from 7am)
What you will do:
Take calls from colleagues and help resolve their IT issues
Log the calls in our call logging software
Follow set admin processes
Your experience will include:
We are passionate about providing only the highest levels of customer service and so above all you will need to be an enthusiastic communicator and self-starter with time management skills and the desire to develop.
Key skills are:
A proven interest in Information Technology
Strong Communication skills both written and oral
Clear, confident and very friendly telephone manner
GCSE in Maths and English at C or above or equivalent
