Situated in one of the most famous streets in London, InterContinental London Park Lane is one of the capital's finest hotels and a global flagship for IHG. It offers elegant guest rooms and spectacular suites as well as two exciting restaurants, Theo Randall at The InterContinental and the soon to open, Ella Canta. We also have a large Events team, who facilitate the events in our magnificent ballroom, big enough for up to 1000 guests or in the intimate conference suits that surround it.

The HR team are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to focus on the recruitment of F&B team members at all levels. The Recruitment Manager will be innovative and creative in order to come up with new ways to find F&B team members in high volumes. They will manage the recruitment process from the creation of requisitions to on boarding, building effective and close relationships with all key stakeholders.

  • Previous experience recruiting in high volume, within the area of F&B is essential, ideally from the restaurants sector
  • Previous experience of managing an end to end recruitment cycle is essential
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language is essential
  • The successful candidate will be familiar with standard MS Office applications, Taleo and Workday systems is essential
  • All applicants must be flexible to work varying shift patterns, including bank holidays, evenings and weekends.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must be in possession of the relevant passport and visa documentation to prove this.
