Our Customer Network Operations department are looking for their newest Administration and Technical Support to join and support their Customer Network Delivery Infra teams. Essentially the role is to support the team with technical and administrative and ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations both internally and externally. This will also include monitoring of busy inboxes, completing works orders to the required standard whilst supporting the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures. Let’s talk about what skills or experience you’ll need to be able to do the job.
As an Administration and Technical Support you will need to have previous experience in a similar utility based industry or administrative role as the role can be demanding at times. You’ll need a good level of it experience, especially SAP, ECC and click as these will be some of your main systems you’ll use daily. In order to succeed in this role you will need to be able to manage own workloads, good analytical ability and be identify opportunities to drive progress and deliver a faster and better service. As you will be providing support to various teams across the business having strong stakeholder management skills would be advantageous.
• 5 GSCE including Maths, English & Science grade C or above (Essential) • Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)
