Pastoral and Behavior officer
37 hours per week, TTO + 5 days, Permanent
Salary Range C1 £17,592- £19,293
We are hoping to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Pastoral and Behavior officer to join our growing, dynamic and supportive school. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the pastoral welfare of a designated group of students, ensure effective communication with their parents/carers to engage them as key stakeholders in their child’s educational experience.
You will also be responsible for supporting with behavior in school, establishing productive working relationships with students and acting as a role model. This role will include taking statements from students relating to incidents, working with students in inclusion and supporting students who present with challenging behavior using de-escalation techniques as appropriate.
