An opportunity has arisen within the information and records management service (IRMS) for an information and records officer.
This is an exciting new role to help support service delivery and improve effective working within adult's social care.
Your role will be to provide system admin support to older adults and disabilities service areas and to help support the records management function to maintain effective systems for electronic and paper records management within the division.
You will have extensive knowledge of Frameworki (or other mainframe customer index system) and can help manage the helpdesk function for the department supporting a user base of around 300 workers.
You will have an eye for detail and can support on going improvements in data quality, performance management, system development and user awareness and competence
You can communicate effectively with diverse audiences and have good negotiating skills.
You will have experience of working in a social care context and applying internal policy and working practices to an Information management framework. You will also have knowledge of legislation that governs social care and information management.
You will have excellent IT skills and can work on your own initiate.
