Examinations Officer Admin Jobs Vacancy at Andover Education Centre Andover Jobs Details:
We are a small school with approximately 40 students in key stage 4 (Year 10 and Year 11). We want the very best for our students and enter them for a range of GCSE and other examinations; we are looking for an Examinations Officer (one day a week - 6 hours) who will also be an Administration Officer (two days a week - 12 hours), throughout the academic year. The only exception to this for the Exams Officer role will be on the days when public examinations are being held and then the Exams Officer will need to be present.
Duties will include - ensuring students are entered for the appropriate exams, provide examination boards with the estimated entries and completing examination entries using appropriate software.
You will be responsible for ensuring special access arrangements for students are provided as required, to produce seating places and student exam cards for each exam, oversee examination venues ensuring they are organised prior to exam times, arrange exam invigilation and support and direct exam invigilators and produce and distribute examination timetables.
You will be the first point of contact to students, parents and academic staff in relation to school examination procedures and results. You will manage the collection, checking and posting of exam scripts according to exam board protocol and deadlines and release student results to students and staff on the appropriate days stated by the examination boards.
