Helping us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment, as a Front of House Team Member you’ll provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits the Club. From giving a warm welcome, to answering queries in a caring and helpful way, as part of our reception team you’ll make sure everyone feels valued. And when you’re working with the cafe team, you’ll take pride in preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
To join us, you’ll need great communication skills. Whether face to face or on the phone, you have the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people. Self-motivated, with plenty of initiative, you have experience of delivering great service. We’ll also expect you to have basic computer skills including the user of Word and Excel.
