We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to join a busy project team based in our modern city centre campus offices in Eastside.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the ERP Cloud Adoption Services (CAS) Team and wider Project Team, maintaining high standards of administration and service delivery to all stakeholders.
There will be opportunity to get involved in a wide range of event management activities, including organising a large number of training programmes and communications campaigns to tight deadlines and a wide range of participants. You will also be establishing and maintaining data bases and developing our online presence, including development of an internal portal related to implementation of the University’s new integrated HR, Finance and Payroll Oracle based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
You will demonstrate proven experience as an Administrator, or similar role, for at least two years, ideally in a project environment. Familiarity with using web publishing tools for creating e-newsletters and updating websites and social media sites would be an advantage. You will need to be proficient in MS Office and have a working knowledge of setting up and maintaining databases. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and on own initiative. You will also possess highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, a strong attention to detail and demonstrate commitment and drive to provide a high quality customer service at all times.
