Do you have experience of working in a Production Planning / Logistics Co-ordinator environment? If so then we may have the role you are looking for. We are working with a world class manufacturer based in Ebbw Vale, South Wales who are recruiting a Production Planner / Logistics Scheduler to join their team paying a salary of between £19,000 - £22,000 per annum plus benefits.

PRODUCTION PLANNER / SCHEDULER
£19,000 - £22,000 PER ANNUM (DOE)
PENSION, FREE PARKING, 28 DAYS HOLIDAY, PAID OVERTIME
MON - FRI
EBBW VALE, SOUTH WALES
PERMANENT

The Production Planner / Scheduler will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing Master schedules
  • Compiling Production Schedules / Plans
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and calendars
  • Developing schedules to support forward demand planning - liaising with production and customers
  • Providing forecasts to suppliers, which will include issuing daily material procurement schedules
The successful candidate will ideally have previously worked within a manufacturing environment (Automotive would be advantageous), and possess the ability to build good customer and supplier relations. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise your workload and work to targets. You will have strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel and MRP systems.
