Team Assistant Jobs Vacancy at Solutions Recruitment Chichester Jobs Details:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join my client’s busy Private Client team, based in Chichester.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, will need to be adaptable and able to pick things up quickly.

This role will involve providing high quality, essential secretarial and administrative support to assist with the overall efficiency of the team and to ensure high standards of client service are maintained.
The role will also include assisting with the production of documents, wills, LPAs, lifetime trusts, deeds of appointment and assignment and deeds of variation. It is anticipated that the role will be 50% team support, 50% document production or 75% team support, 25% document production but the successful candidate will need to be flexible depending on workflows.

Duties
Providing comprehensive support to a team of fee earners
Preparing wills, LPAs and trust documents from instructions provided by fee earners
Taking ownership of archiving and retrieval of Deeds, Wills and other documentation
Photocopying and scanning of documents
File inception including set up and organisation, file closures
Data Entry using Elite
Typing routine letters and preparing enclosures
Collating letters and documents from central services, ensuring these are signed and sent out
Taking calls from the call centre and dealing with enquiries. Taking calls from clients and offering excellent client service
Taking minutes for team meetings
Ad-hoc duties to support the team as and when required

Key skills required
Experience of working in a professional services environment

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Attention to detail
A committed team player
Excellent IT skills
Enthusiastic and willing to learn positive approach
