Managing Inbound & Outbound calls through a dialler system
Cash Collecting / Managing customer accounts effectively
Record relevant key information clearly and precisely on our systems
Establish customers' financial circumstances in order to negotiate repayment plans that are sustainable and affordable for the customer
Manage complaints effectively and escalate where required
Adhere to appropriate timescales and regulatory requirements to ensure rehabilitation of customer accounts
Work to targets and KPI’s
Collections or Call centre experience
The ability to negotiate, handle objections, manage complaints and remain calm under pressure
Demonstrates effective planning, time management and organisational skills
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines, reach targets and KPI’s
Strong telephony, IT & keyboard skills
Demonstrates a high level of customer focus, ensuring all customers are treated fairly and ethically
Consistently identifies the correct solution to problems quickly and accurately
Experience preferably within financial services and collections
Have strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills
The ability to adapt to changing situations from a customer service perspective
Strong work ethic and committed attitude
Critical thinking and good listening Skills
Strong character who demonstrates empathy, and can relate to various backgrounds

Hours of Work: Fulltime Monthly Rotational Shift Pattern
Week 1 8-4.30pm ( 1 hour lunch)
Week 2 and Week 3 -8.50am- 5.30pm Early Finish Friday 5pm ( 1 hour lunch)
Week 4- 10.30-8pm (4 days during week) ( 1 hour lunch) Saturday 9am-1pm
