Fundraising Manager - Head Office, currently Christchurch relocating to Bournemouth airport in June.
About the role:
Within our Business Development team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fundraising Manager. Within the team we have restructured the role and require the successful candidate to have a strong fundraising background to lead the team in achieving the fundraising strategy.
This role is a crucial part of the Senior Leadership Team and the suitable candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Fundraising strategy, as well as overseeing bid writing, PR and Marketing and Campaign Management.
What we would like from you
Develop an annual fundraising strategy which achieves growth, working closely with the Financial Director, CEO, Service Delivery and Education teams to ensure a clear and coherent brand and message.
Maximise and develop opportunities and potential for public funding to support existing services and new projects
Streamline all activity within Marketing, Volunteering, Bids & Events
Nurture and develop business relationships and community participation
Enhance marketing collateral for external stakeholders.
Significantly enhance the regional profile of the charity creating a step-change in PR activities
Develop partnership opportunities across the region and functions
Focused, passionate and driven individual with great leadership credentials.
Requirements include the ability to fulfil the following tasks confidently and expertly.
