Administration Assistant Jobs Vacancy at Marston Holding Limited Nsl Ltd Birmingham Jobs Details:

As an Administration Assistant you will be working within a team responsible for handling all High Court correspondence, ensuring that it is dealt with quickly, efficiently and in line with HCEO rules and regulations. Your role will be to provide clients with updates, seek instruction and liaise with internal teams to identify solution/resolution to queries. You will understand the fee structure and settle cases with appropriate fees for the work that has been completed.

Key elements of the role;

Ensuring all correspondence received is prioritised
Providing written responses to correspondence received within agreed timescales
Responding to solicitors and defendants letters
Responding to Insolvency Practitioners
Calculating and agreeing fees for work completed
Accurately inputting data of court documents
Archiving and retrieving filing
Printing out post emails maintaining the email files

The ideal candidate;

Excellent keyboard skills - Minimum 50wpm and excellent level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Good level of general education including 5 GCSE’s A-C (including Maths and English) or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent
Excellent time management, planning, organisational and numerical skills
Good attention to detail
Previous general administration and correspondence experience in an office environment
