We are seeking a Curriculum and Work-Related Learning Officer to join our Curriculum and Work-Related Learning team, within Student Employability and Academic Success. The post is full time and available from 1 August 2018 until the end of June 2019.
The post holder will be an experienced trainer, able to develop and deliver a high quality co-curricula employability programme for taught students at our Penryn Campus. You will deliver an existing programme of activity and be involved in the creation of new materials to support our students develop the skills they need to succeed in the workplace.
You will have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly listening and the ability to develop rapport, persuasion and negotiation
- Ability to work and teach effectively in large and small teams
- Knowledge of the student and graduate employment market, personnel practice and recruitment.
- Significant experience of teaching and facilitating personal and professional development skills.
