POST TITLE: Patient Access Clerk
NUMBER OF POSTS: 1
GRADE: Agenda for Change Band 2
SALARY £15,404 - £18,157 pro rata
HOURS 37.5 hours 8.30am – 5.00pm (inc 2x15&30mins unpaid breaks) Fixed Term until 31.3.18
We are looking to appoint to a full time Patient Access Clerk fixed term until 31.3.18 within Patient Access Services
You will be required to work within a call centre environment and handle calls relating to appointments, amend/cancel appointments accordingly. The role will include various clerical duties in connection with the custody and use of patient records. You must possess excellent communication skills, aswell as possessing a mature outlook when dealing with sensitive issues. You must also be flexible and be able to cover in the absence of colleagues.
