We are currently looking to recruit a Reservations Supervisor for our large Reservations operation.
The successful person will be responsible for the daily standards of the Reservations Team ensuring they provide an efficient and professional service to all customers and that this is reflected in their entries into the computer systems.
The role will be to work alongside Head and Assistant Head of Reservations to ensure all team members are working to the Resort standards and that accuracy is priority in all areas, thus ensuring the Celtic Manor Resort achieves or exceeds the financial budget.
Ideally the candidate will have a proven track record within a Supervisory role and preferably will have a hotel or call centre experience.In addition it will be the responsibility of the Supervisor to ensure that all staff members are proficient in using the systems used within the Client Services Department (Opera, Concept, Restaurant Bookings, Delphi). Experience with any of the packages would be beneficial.
There will be regular reviews, appraisals and meetings to ensure the effective running of the Reservations Team. In addition the Supervisor will assist in coaching team members on a monthly basis, listening in to individual’s calls and motivating them, in order to develop their techniques and improve their confidence.
The candidate will help establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhance sales for the resort at every opportunity, thus achieving targets, goals and budgets.
